Filip Maciejewski 07f74566c4 Always fetch params by using "BIS_fnc_getParamValue" 
If statement checking if mission is run on server is unnecessary, bis function works on singleplayer and will return correct values in SP enviroment

Applejakerie 042f98f7cc Spawn rotation.

Applejakerie b1cafee1db v0.962 Additions 
Updated 3cbBAF to 3cbBAF_mtp and added 3cbBAF_des blufor. Added islamic_state opfor. Added middle_eastern resistance. Added some random organisation and updated info, don't mind the intrusive OCD. Note the change in preset order, pre-releases need updating to match.
